What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment options available at checkout through Shopify.
How do I place an order?
Select your item, choose the appropriate options, and proceed through checkout. Once payment is confirmed, your order enters processing.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change or request cancellation, contact us immediately. Once an order enters processing, changes may no longer be possible.
Shipping & Returns
How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping may be available. Delivery times and customs fees vary by destination and are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
